Marketing intelligence: spend where the bookings come from

Most marketing reporting in this industry describes activity: opens, clicks, impressions, posts published. It rarely answers the only question leadership asks, which is where the bookings came from and what they cost. Marketing intelligence is the work of making that question answerable, and then acting on the answer.

Who it is for

Spend the marketing budget where it produces bookings, not impressions.

  • Rental managers paying platform commissions who want a larger share of direct bookings.
  • Brokerages buying leads without knowing which sources ever close.
  • Marketing teams reporting engagement because bookings cannot be traced.
  • Anyone who has been shown a vendor report that did not match their own numbers.
What you get

Deliverables, not slideware.

Channel and campaign attribution reporting, with its limits stated

AI-assisted content production at portfolio scale, reviewed by people

Search and AI-search visibility work across the content library

Audience segmentation from booking and CRM history

Lifecycle campaigns: reactivation, retention, pre-arrival, post-stay, sphere

Customer journey mapping from first research to booking or closing

Engagements are shaped rather than priced from a menu: a fixed-scope assessment first, a defined build second, and an ongoing retainer only where continuing work earns it. You will know the scope and the cost of each stage before it starts.

Questions

The things people ask before they call.

Is this just SEO and email under a grander name?

Those are two of the channels. The difference is that the program starts with measurement, so each channel is judged on bookings rather than on its own vanity metrics — and channels get cut when the numbers say so.

Do you run campaigns, or only measure them?

Both. We run paid and lifecycle campaigns and we measure them against the reservation system, which is the only reason we can tell you honestly when a campaign is not working.

Our analytics misses bookings. Can you still attribute?

Partly, and we will tell you which part. Where tracking is broken we fix it; where attribution is genuinely uncertain, the report says so rather than assigning credit that cannot be defended.

How is this different from what our current agency reports?

Ask your current report which campaigns produced bookings, at what cost, compared with the same period last year. If the answer takes a week to assemble, that is the difference.

Can you work alongside our in-house marketing team?

That is the common arrangement. We usually supply the measurement layer and the production capacity; the team keeps the brand and the relationships.
