AI consulting for rental managers and brokerages
Most companies meet AI as a shopping problem: a dozen vendors, each promising transformation, none of them able to say what it is worth in your operation. We start from the other end — the decisions your team makes every week, the data you already own, and the work that consumes hours without needing judgment.
Find out where AI creates measurable value in your business — before you buy anything.
- Vacation rental managers running 20 to 500+ properties who suspect AI could take work off their team but cannot tell which work.
- Brokerages and teams from 5 agents up, weighing tools their competitors are already advertising.
- Leadership teams who have been asked what the company is doing about AI and want a defensible answer.
- Companies that bought an AI tool, saw little change, and want to understand why.

Engagements are shaped rather than priced from a menu: a fixed-scope assessment first, a defined build second, and an ongoing retainer only where continuing work earns it. You will know the scope and the cost of each stage before it starts.
What it looks like in practice.
Scaling Organic Growth — and Building the Intelligence Layer Behind It
A multi-year engagement combining AI-assisted publishing at scale with a predictive analytics and business intelligence platform and marketing attribution — turning a booking catalog into a destination authority run on evidence.

A repeatable production system that turns the broker's own video series into a full multi-channel asset suite, an IDX and lead platform that converts readers into identified prospects, and the reporting layer that shows which content actually produces them.

How long does an engagement take?
The assessment is a matter of weeks, not months, and ends with a decision your leadership team can act on. Builds run longer and are scoped separately once the priority is clear.
Will this replace people on my team?
No. Every engagement we run is designed to remove repetitive work from people who have better things to do — writing the fortieth property description, assembling a monthly report, answering the same guest question. AI enhances human judgment; it does not replace the people exercising it.
Our data is a mess. Do we need to fix that first?
No, and waiting until it is clean is the most common way companies lose two years. Part of the assessment is establishing what your current data can honestly support, and the first build usually improves the data as a side effect.
We already bought an AI tool and it did not change much. Can you help?
That is a common starting point. Tools fail when they are dropped into a process nobody redesigned. We look at the process first and decide whether the tool stays.
Do you work with companies outside vacation rentals and real estate?
Our specialty is these two industries, where we know the systems and the economics. Work outside them goes through our sister agency, Style Strand Media.
