Business intelligence

Business intelligence consulting: one set of numbers everyone trusts

The reservation system knows one thing, analytics knows another, the email platform knows a third, and the spreadsheet somebody maintains knows a fourth. Nobody is lying — the numbers were never defined to agree. We join the sources, lock the definitions, and put the result somewhere your team can see it any day of the month.

Who it is for

Bring the numbers into one place, agree what they mean, and stop assembling reports by hand.

  • Companies whose monthly reporting is a manual assembly job.
  • Leadership teams who get different answers to the same question depending on who they ask.
  • Rental managers who want booking pace, channel mix and owner reporting from one source.
  • Brokerages that cannot yet connect a closing back to the lead source that produced it.
What you get

Deliverables, not slideware.

Metric dictionary — the definitions your whole company works from

Unified analytics database with automated refresh

Live dashboards per audience, not one dashboard for everybody

Forecasting where the data supports it: demand, booking pace, pipeline

Attribution reporting that states what the data can and cannot prove

A monthly written read of what changed and what needs a decision

Engagements are shaped rather than priced from a menu: a fixed-scope assessment first, a defined build second, and an ongoing retainer only where continuing work earns it. You will know the scope and the cost of each stage before it starts.

Questions

The things people ask before they call.

Which systems can you connect?

Property management systems such as Streamline, Track, Hostaway and Guesty; real estate CRMs and IDX platforms; GA4, Google Search Console, ad platforms and email platforms including Mailchimp. Where a system has no usable connector we script the export instead.

Do we need a data warehouse?

Almost certainly not at your size. We start with the smallest thing that answers the question reliably and grow it only when the data volume demands it.

Who owns what?

You own your data and your reporting — the accounts, the dashboards and every number in them — and you can export all of it at any time. We own the engine that keeps it current: the pipelines, models and code we build and reuse across engagements, licensed to you while we work together. If we stop working together, you keep your data, your dashboards and a final export; what stops is the automated refresh. Your numbers are never held hostage, and the machinery stays ours.

How is this different from what GA4 already shows me?

GA4 knows what happened on your website. It does not know what happened in your reservation system, your CRM or your inbox, and it cannot tell you which guests came back. The value is in joining those together, then being honest about where the joins are imperfect.

What if our numbers turn out to be wrong?

That happens, and finding it is part of the value. We report what the data supports and what it does not, rather than presenting a confident number we cannot defend.
